Have not had the pleasure of using them yet since I still have a few of mine left. Came nicely boxed and on time. Expiration shows 10/23 which is an additional year than advertised. I think the packages are very good to carry since perforation allows taking top half each package off. I really did research on hearing aids since my audiologist recommended a middle of the road pair that are behind the ear and rechargeable for $2,000.00 that came with free follow ups to see her. As much as that was better than $5,000.00 a pair or more from other companies, I am on a fixed income and since I have some medical background I got copies of my hearing test results and checked online for a pair of hearing aids. Most of what I saw were the rechargeable type and for me if I were out somewhere and the charge ended, I would have to find a place to recharge them. I decided to go with the battery type and for me, I bought 2 pairs of ITC ( In The Canal) type for under $150.00 that work great for me since I adjust each one separately for my hearing and are on minimal. In The Canal helps me hear more in front of me than behind the ear type. The second pair is in case I lose or damage one or both. I'm still adjusting to sounds I've not heard in a while or never knew existed in the first place. I DO NOT recommended people by less expensive hearing aids or amplifiers if their Audiologist states a regular pair of hearing aids are better for them, but for me these work fine. So whether they are high end or low end or in between hearing aids, these are the best buy (The Battery Supplier.com) that I've found. Thank You and I will write another review when I use them. Jim
