No problem with the batteries if I ever get to use them. The order was supposed to be received on a in a week on Sat. Sat came and went. I called UPS and they said they were turned over to USPS.. Tried to call your number. No ans then and for 2 more days. Still no delivery. Finally ordered from another supplier. Received second order in a few days. 2 1/2 weeks after the original order from you was supposed to be received the batteries showed up.

After 1 week waiting for the USPS to deliver I contacted Batterysupplier customer service. They said it must have been lost in the mail and asked if I wanted a refund or reship. I asked for a reship and it arrived 2 days later! I tested 5 of the 10 and they were fully charged.
